- Event Surcharge: A surcharge applies to all events, scaled according to your guest count and event type.
- Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to the event, subject to a post-event property inspection.
- Prior Written Consent: Owner approval in writing is strictly mandatory for any BBQs, parties, or gatherings involving outside (non-resident) guests.
