Important House Rules to Note:

* The minimum age requirement for the primary renter is 25 years old. Furthermore, the average age for Groups is 25 years old. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Identification, including identity card or passport, is mandatory for all renters at the time of booking.

* The number of Guests residing in the Property should not be more than the persons already agreed with the Owners. Only those listed on the booking can occupy the Property. In case of a breach of this condition, the Property reserves the right to terminate the booking and they will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.

* The Guests should behave responsibly and avoid any property damage. If it is evidenced that Guests are misusing the Property or they are violating any of the Property’s rules as set out in the Terms and Conditions Section, they will be asked to vacate the property and they will not be entitled to any refund.

* A security deposit of 20%, with a minimum of €1000 and a maximum of €2500, is due 7 days before arrival through bank transfer. Based on the occurrences, for events, groups under the age of 25, and single sex groups, the refundable security deposit is 30%, with a minimum of €1500.

* The estate can host events for up to 100 seated guests or 120 guests for cocktail receptions. Events, parties,  or gatherings with non-residents or with additional visitors at The Oasis are subject to an extra charge and security deposit, and require the prior approval of the Owner. 

* All types of smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, are strictly prohibited indoors.

* The 6th room is optional and available at an additional fee, which is not included in the daily rate.

* The pool dimensions are 14m x 4m, and the depth throughout is 1.50m. No protective fences are available. The height of the drop-off beyond the infinity pool edge is 2.5m.

* Sitting, standing, or climbing on the infinity edge of the pool is strictly prohibited. Children should be supervised by an adult guardian at all times, as there is NO lifeguard on duty.

* Cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited at the Property. 

* Payment of the Reservation Deposit shall constitute written proof that the Guests have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Property and that they unreservedly accept and agree to them.
