First Floor – Sleeps 10 Guests + 2 Infants

• 5 Spacious Bedrooms: Each features large glass windows and doors framing scenic sea views and its own private en-suite bathroom.
• Balconies: 2 bedrooms enjoy private balconies.
• Bed Configuration: 1 King bed (can be split into two singles) and 4 Queen beds.
• Premium Comfort: Every bed features elite mattresses and a 4-pillow setup (2 soft, 2 firm) for a customized night's sleep.
• Infant Friendly: 2 baby cribs are available free of charge.

Semi-Basement (Optional Add-on – Sleeps 2 Additional Guests)

• Bedroom 6: A self-contained, spacious room with 1 Queen bed and private en-suite bathroom. Available at an extra charge, increasing total villa capacity to 12 guests.

Important House Rules to Note:

* Payment of the Reservation Deposit shall constitute written proof that the Guests have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Property and that they unreservedly accept and agree to them.

* The minimum age requirement for the primary renter and the average age for Groups is 25 years old. ID will be required.

* Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted to stay at the property. Unauthorized overnight guests or exceeding the agreed-upon capacity will result in immediate booking cancellation and eviction with no refund.

* The Guests should behave responsibly, respect the Property, and avoid any damage. If it is evidenced that Guests are misusing the Property or they are violating any of the Property’s rules, they will be evicted with no refund.

* A security deposit of 20%, with a minimum of €1000 and a maximum of €2000, is due 7 days before arrival through bank transfer. Based on the occurrences, for events, groups under the age of 25, and single sex groups, the refundable security deposit is 30%, with a minimum of €1500.

* The estate can host events for up to 80 seated guests. Events, parties,  or gatherings with non-residents or with additional visitors at The Oasis are subject to an extra charge and security deposit, and require the prior written approval of the Owner. 

* All types of smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, are strictly prohibited indoors.

* The 6th room is optional and available at an additional fee, which is not included in the daily rate.

* The pool dimensions are 14m x 4m, and the depth throughout is 1.50m. No protective fences are available. The height of the drop-off beyond the infinity pool edge is 2.5m.

* Sitting, standing, or climbing on the infinity edge of the pool is strictly prohibited. Children should be supervised by an adult guardian at all times, as there is NO lifeguard on duty.

* Cryptocurrency mining is strictly forbidden at the Property. 

* The Oasis is a self-serviced accommodation, meaning that daily housekeeping is not provided.

* For your peace of mind and property protection, a 24/7 exterior CCTV system monitors the main gate, driveway, parking spaces, and main entrance. No cameras face inside the house or toward private relaxation zones like the BBQ area and swimming pool.

* The Oasis is located in a peaceful area. While we pledge to notify you of any nearby scheduled noise we are made aware of, we cannot control or be held responsible for temporary noise caused by third parties. 

* Towel Care & Linens: We provide premium quality towels for your comfort. Please do not use white bath towels to remove makeup, wipe away sunscreen/tanning oils, or clean up spills. Stained towels that cannot be laundered by our professional cleaners will result in a replacement charge.
